You can make this as zippy as you'd like. A good dip for sliced veggies.

8 oz. firm tofu, drained and crumbled
1 T soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 tsp horseradish (use more for an extra kick)
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 garlic cloved, crushed
2 T chopped fresh parsley or cilantro


Combine ingredients. Add a little more water to make it creamier. This makes a nice substitute for sour cream dips, and goes nicely on baked potatoes instead of that real sour cream which is loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol.
