• 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 3 tsps baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/3 cup nondairy margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup nondairy milk

In medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast and salt.

With a fork, blend in the softened margarine until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in the milk until well blended.

Drop the dough in spoonfuls on a lightly greased baking sheet or on parchment paper.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 -12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Makes about 15 biscuits.
