Salad Dressings

Growing up, I had a salad with every dinner. Our typical Italian dressing was just olive oil and red wine vinegar. Given that 1 tablespoon of oil contains 120 calories, 9 grams of which are fat, I have given up oils! You can create delicious dressings without the added fat and dairy. Try these.
