• 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 -2 tsps hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt to taste

Blend all in food processor or heavy duty blender like the Vita Mixer. Add more water as needed for creamier consistency.
