• 1/2 avocado
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 T olive oil (optional or use only 1/2 T)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • Add handful of cashews

Combine all ingredients in high speed blender. Adjust seasonings and keep in frig.
