Found this on Facebook. Unsure of its creator, but it sounds good. Give it a try!!! Any cheese sauce minus dairy is good for me!

  • 1 (15 oz) can beans
  • 1 T miso paste
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 cups water (less for thicker sauce)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (different from regular; make sure it's smoked!)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

Blend all in high speed blender. Store in frig and can use it on everything - beans, Buddha bowls, nachos, potatoes (maybe not your oatmeal).
