Found this on Facebook. Unsure of its creator, but it sounds good. Give it a try!!! Any cheese sauce minus dairy is good for me!
- 1 (15 oz) can beans
- 1 T miso paste
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 cups water (less for thicker sauce)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (different from regular; make sure it's smoked!)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Blend all in high speed blender. Store in frig and can use it on everything - beans, Buddha bowls, nachos, potatoes (maybe not your oatmeal).
