  • 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
  • 1 1/2 T tahini
  • 1 1/2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 T miso
  • 1 T miso 
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup water (or more depending on desired consisteny)

Puree all in high speed blender like a Vita Mixer.
