- 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 1/2 T tahini
- 1 1/2 T red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 T miso
- 1 T miso
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1/3 cup water (or more depending on desired consisteny)
Puree all in high speed blender like a Vita Mixer.
