- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 6 T non-dairy butter
- 6 Granny Smith apples, organic, sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 T lemon juice
In large non-stick skillet, melt the non-dairy butter and saute the apple slices. Cook for about 15 minutes till apples become mushy.
Cook sweet potatoes in water till soft.
Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
