• 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 6 T non-dairy butter
  • 6 Granny Smith apples, organic, sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 T lemon juice

In large non-stick skillet, melt the non-dairy butter and saute the apple slices. Cook for about 15 minutes till apples become mushy.

Cook sweet potatoes in water till soft.

Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
