Healthy, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant packed and delicious!
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup frozen blackberrries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 T ground flaxseed
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or other favorite non-dairy milk)
- 1 1/2 cups greens (kale, spinach, or other greens)
Put the above in high speed blender, mix, and enjoy!!
