This is a refreshing beverage from Dr. Neal Barnard's Cookbook: "Cookbook for Reversing Diabetes". Quick, easy, tasty and hydrating!
1 cup sparkling mineral water
1/2 cup pure cranberry, pomegranite, or cherry juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
Lemon, lime, or orange wedges for serving
Few pinches of stevia (See Stevia note)
In a small pitcher, combine the mineral water, juice,, and stevia, and mix well.. Serve over ice with fruit wedges to squeeze in for extra flavor.
Note: A little stevia goes a long way! Start with a pinch and add another pinch or two to taste as you go. Too much stevia and will taste off.
