This is pretty much fat free and so very tasty and refreshing.

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (if frozen, thaw and drain)
  • 1-2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T chopped fresh herbs (use what you enjoy: rosemary, thyme, basil)
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tsps maple syrup
  • salt and ground pepper to taste ( I don't use salt!)

Pure the raspberries, add other ingredients and mix well. This Dressing goes great over Spinach Salad!!
